Start Countdown Live Activity
Start Countdown Live Activity starts a Live Activity for the supplied Timely Countdown when its deadline is within the next 8 hours. Turn on Ignore 8-Hour Limit to attempt to start it earlier; iOS may end the Live Activity before the countdown finishes. All-day countdowns cannot start a Live Activity. Use Find Countdowns, Add to Timely, or Add to Timely (Extended) to create or supply a Countdown. iOS limits the number of Live Activities that can run simultaneously. Read Apple’s documentation

Attempt to start a Live Activity more than 8 hours before the deadline. Off by default; iOS may end the Live Activity before the countdown finishes.

Result
The supplied Timely Countdown. It is returned even when the deadline is more than 8 hours away and the override is off, so no Live Activity starts.
